WEBINAR: TERTIARY WEEK OF ENGLISH


The Pearson Longman publishing company has let us know that shortly they will be holding a Webinar for ELT teachers in higher education and universities on topics such as skills teaching and teacher development. These sessions, delivered by leading authors and academics, are designed to give you fresh ideas, update you on the latest research and support your professional development.

The Tertiary Week will be held from February 21st-25th. We will have the Webinar session on here at SAT & SET Madrid on Friday February 25th for those who'd like to join in from here. On the other hand if you want to access from home, registration is free. All you need is your computer, a good internet connection and some of your time!

    We're checking to see if Pearson Longman will set up an archive of the webinars they've "aired" this week. I'll let you know as soon as I find out. I've already had other teachers asking me about this. It's good to know you people are out there.

  3. Thanks for this Blog and for the help in understanding it and other things..
    I would appreciate any help with the following: General quick tips on anything for example easy tips on where to stress. Also modal verbs seem to be a tough subject for Spaniards especially "would" so any help .......
